Backs coach Scott Benton is a former England and Cleckkheaton player who has also played for Gloucester, Leeds and Sale. He is currently coach at Silcoates School in Wakefield.

Forwards Coach, Gordon Piper, a former Captain at Cleckheaton RUFC has coached the Yorkshire Women's team and Leeds Metropolitan University. He is a former RFU Development Officer and until 2013 was the second team at Cleck guiding the kestrels to two promotions in 3 yrs.

Scott and Gordon will also be assisted by senior first-teamers Paul Turner and Jack Bickerdike.
