Cleckheaton Appoint Thiu Barnard as Head Coach

Thiu originally hails from South Africa and played for Durban Collegians and the Durban Sharks U20’s team before coming to England and joining Huddersfield at the age of 21. Thiu has been head coach/player-coach at Sheffield Tigers for the last 3 seasons and before that was head coach at Bowden. Both clubs were promoted under his stewardship.
