Girl's - do you fancy giving rugby a go? It's a great sport and you'll love it!

Cleckheaton RUFC Junior Section are to hold girls training sessions, starting next Weds 31st Aug from 6 to 7.30pm at The Albert Morton pavilion, Whitechapel Road, Cleckheaton, BD19 6HN. The sessions are aimed at U13's (school years 7 and 8 in Sept) , U15's (school years 9 and 10 in Sept) and U18's (years 11, 12 and 13). Rugby teaches kids excellent core values: teamwork, discipline, respect, sportsmanship and enjoyment. There are several local opposition teams wanting games, and the club runs a wide range of social events throughout the year. Cleckheaton RUFC holds the RFU accreditation/seal of approval and are always open to new players from Micro's (ages 5 and 6) to U11's where both boys and girls can play mixed rugby, to boys teams from U12's to U18's.
So girls, whether you are completely new to rugby or have played before, why not come and give it a go! Sports kit, a drink and a gumshield are required. Should you wish to book a place at the first session (to help us get an idea of numbers) then please contact Hannah Curley on 07986 875603 or curleyhannah@aol.com
