Kestrels Get Their Wings Clipped But Show Some Positives

By Neil Gillan

Sandal ran away with this fixture in the end at 74-27, but the Kestrels kept at it and scored 5 tries themselves.

Lewis Beasty and Lyndon Ashley both got a brace of tries and Liam Harley also crossed but overall the day belonged to Sandal’s pacey backs who were able to finish at the merest hint of a missed or half tackle.
