The Beast from the East claimed our game against West Hartlepool, which will now be played in a fortnight's time, on March 17th. Our specially made pink kit will be worn that day and we hope you are all able to come along to see this part of our charity event take place.

In spite of the snow, the Ladies' Lunch still went ahead and was a fantastic event. Thanks to curry master, Steve Fletcher, for an excellent chicken masala and array of asian accompaniments and to Bev Fletcher for organising a great turnout as well as assisting with the kitchen duties and buffet making, along with Brit Fletcher and Megan Greenwood.

Thanks to a number of our committee people for helping with the serving on and a big thanks to Thiu Barnard, Matt Piper and Richard Piper for getting their heads and beards shaved to raise extra money.
