This weeks fixtures get underway on Thursday night as the Junior Colts entertain Baildon in the first round of the Yorkshire Cup under the floodlights at Moorend.

Saturday 1 October (Kick off 3pm)

Rossendale v 1st XV
Kestrels v Hull Ionians 2
3rd XV v Old Crosslyeans 2

Following the disappointing loss to Ilkley, the 1st XV will be hoping to get back to winning ways when they travel to Rossendale. Both teams have 11 points from their opening 4 games but Rossendale come into this game having racked up 2 big wins on the bounce, most notably at Morley last week where they ran in 12 tries in a 78-27 victory.

After spending the past 4 weeks travelling round Yorkshire, the Kestrels finally get to make their home debut as they take on Hull Ionians at Moorend. A fine performance at Ilkley last week saw them register their first win of the season and they will be looking to follow this up with a good performance against what is usually a strong Ionians side.

The 3rd XV are also at home this week as they host Old Crossleyans 2nds at Whitcliffe
