The club is very sad to announce the recent passing of Keith Gatenby, Martin Philips and Bob Moore. Rest in Peace fellas

Keith Gatenby was rugby club treasurer for 13 years starting in 2008 and taking us through to autumn 2021, when rugby restarted following the Covid pandemic. Keith was a great servant of the club and died age 74 after a battle with cancer. Our condolences go out to Helen and all of Keith’s family.

Martin Philips known by most at the club as Teeny (from Martini) passed away suddenly at home age 52. Teeny was a prop forward who played for the club in the 90’s and just after the millennium. Again our deepest sympathy to his family.

Last but not least we mourn the passing of Bob Moore who served as both junior and senior chair. Bob died on 12 April age 91. May he and the others rest in peace.
