Over the course of the 2021/22 season, Thiu lead the team to promotion, to the new Regional 1 leagues, which are at level 5 on the RFU pyramid. (Equivalent to National 3, back in the day). The team suffered an injury crisis in the mid winter this year but still managed to finish in a very respectable 7th place
