A big thank you to Mike Appleyard and Gerry Christian for preparing a very luscious looking pitch over the off season and in addition to those two, thanks also to Fred Smith and Matthew Stephenson, who were part of the 5 man team that spent 4 hours on Saturday carrying out the engineering feat of marking the pitch out for the first time, when there are no line to follow (see attached video!)
