On Sunday our Junior Section began their Impact 25 - Change for Changing Rooms challenge. They pledged to cover a distance of 2025 kilometres over the course of 3 sessions this week. With a massive 1108 kilometres covered in total on Sunday by our groups walking locally, they then continued to rack up the metres by both exercise bike and rowing machine at the club during the afternoon at the Beer Festival, the players were sure to have had a great sleep that night!

All funds raised will go directly towards our Legacy Project, to enable us all to benefit from new changing room facilities; a project that is long overdue.

Currently we have juniors changing in cars or club toilets, or worse still, opting to go straight home after a game to change, which essentially means they miss out on the all important social side of sport after a game too. Our players deserve better, our club deserves better.
