The U16's will play Selby in the Yorkshire Cup Final (top tier) with their kick off being at 3pm. Both games will be played on the AGP in front of the clubhouse.

A handful of our U14's played in the Cup Final last year as the younger end of the age group, narrowly losing in the final minutes, so they will be keen to secure some silverware. Three quarters of the team were new to either rugby or the club this season, demonstrating their development throughout the year and their combined efforts and ability.

The U16's will have their eye on the top prize as they face Selby for the second year running in the final, having suffered heartbreak last year as they had a try disallowed in the last minute of the game, resulting in a loss. Again, the continued development together as a team throughout the season is evident, with over eighty percent of the team being in the lower end of the dual age band, highlighting their hunger and ability to compete at any level.

They would all be so grateful for a big crowd and plenty of support on the day. If you are able to come along, then please do so and support our girls.
