Ava G (U16's Girls) was selected by the BBC a few months ago to appear in a documentary, following the life of a young female rugby player in the run up to the Women's World Cup.

Ava relished the opportunity and will feature on BBC Radio Leeds tomorrow morning (07:45) followed by an appearance on Look North tomorrow tea time. She will also feature on Newsround, with the date to still be confirmed.

The documentary, My Life: Rugby Girl will be aired on CBBC tomorrow (Monday) at 6.30pm and will then be available to watch on BBC iPlayer.

The whole process has been a fabulous opportunity for Ava, we are sure she will do us all proud!!
